In this virtual event, we will introduce you to the concept of signal generators as well as look at its basic specifications such as power, accuracy, and speed. We will also be talking about more advanced features such as modulation, spectral purity, distortion etc… We will be deep diving into Key Attributes of signal generators, understand the components of a signal generator and what makes it unique from other sources.

Jan Ermert is Application Engineer for RFuW at Keysight Technologies. Jan graduated in 2019 with a M.Sc. in electrical engineering in Germany & is now a recent addition to Keysight’s Application Engineering Organization.

Jan’s main focus is 5G & Radar applications, where he is the measurement expert for the broad range of signal analyzers and signal generators.

Jan Ermert is based in Böblingen, Germany.
